Kaspar turned three and had a birthday party and smashed up his lip and had a big fat lip to blow out his candles with. The kids had fun and today is hangover day for both myself and the kids. Kaspar slept in until 10am. This NEVER happens!!! And Stella slept well past her usual 5am wake up time, as well.

I think this would be an appropriate time to introduce Kaspar to the hand-washing song. One round of Happy Birthday to me... is about the recommended length we should wash our hands. Of course if the hands are really dirty then one Happy Birthday for each hand would be needed.
Never heard of Birthday celebrations causing hangovers for the kids.... What do you feed them at the party?
