It's one of those nights, when waiting for a polisher to stop tumbling in just another ten minutes seems like an impossible task. Even though it's only 1 am, I'm so tired I could fall asleep standing. I've had about three nights of 3-4h of sleep followed by intensive three hour mornings with the kids - making and eating breakfast, making lunch, prepping dinner stuff, bottles, getting ready for work... that kind of a thing. Then 9am-4pm - work. After... get home, make dinner, do bath, books, bed, laundry, dishes and begin my usual studio hour shortly after 9pm and work as late as my brain and body can handle. Usually it's till about 2am or 2:30am. Then a few hours of interrupted sleep and a wake up call around 5:45 or just after by a cheery, bushy tailed and bright eyed Stella. My studio sale is this week-end and so is Kaspar's Christmas pageant. What a week-end! Sunday night my awesome "manny" (male nanny) of the last six weeks leaves and I'm left to make do for three days with friends and fellow locals to take care of the kids while I'm at work. I cannot wait till all this is over and I can breathe again. I better go and sleep now. After this week-end I might attempt to find my camera cord and plug that thing in and post some pictures, too. Right now it's too hard to even think about that! Good night.

Poor you. But this too will pass. Hubby will be home soon to rescue you. Bet you're counting the days.
Good luck on your sale, and to Kaspar in the pageant. Did he get good role this year, now that he can talk?
Thinking of you. If it makes you feel any better, I usually only get 5 hours of sleep nightly.
Love,
Grandpa
